Channel Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing:
1. Draft and define the sales strategy in order to reach the sales target;
2. Lead and guide the sales team, supporting to define price strategy and Go-to-Market strategy;
3. Provide sales forecast and work closely with supply chain;
4. Work with solution and service manager to provide complete sales solution and improve customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring:
1. 3+ years experience in PV/Storage business development, have clear vision about the main players in Philippines market;
2. Able to define and execute the sales strategy to achieve the sales objective;

Support engineer

Key Responsibilities
  1. On-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting & maintenance of residential/industrial energy storage systems.
  2. Provide technical support to customers; resolve issues promptly.
  3. Compile technical docs and conduct training for clients/teams.

  5. Collaborate with sales on technical solutions & project support.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic/New Energy Engineering or related field.
  2. 2+ years of energy storage/PV/power electronics technical support experience.
  3. Proficient in energy storage system principles; independent problem-solving ability.
  4. Fluent in English/French; willing to travel frequently.
  5. Familiar with West African power standards/regulations is a plus.

Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute localized brand strategies aligned with business goals and West African consumer/industry insights (e.g., power outage pain points, affordability needs).
  2. Lead 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital/social media) to build brand awareness, trust, and conversion across target markets (Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana, etc.).
  3. Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Technical teams to drive product innovation, oversee localized product launches, and enhance the energy storage portfolio’s market fit.
  4. Leverage market research, consumer data, and competitor analysis to identify regional trends, growth opportunities, and threats; translate insights into actionable brand initiatives.
  5. Track brand KPIs (awareness, preference, market share) and health metrics; deliver regular performance reports and data-driven optimization recommendations.
  6. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Social Media, Trade Marketing, Local Operations) and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints (website, social, offline events, after-sales service).
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG, tech, or renewable energy sectors (energy storage/power solutions experience is a strong plus).
  3. Proven track record of building brands and executing successful 360° marketing campaigns in West African markets (Nigeria/Ghana experience highly preferred).
  4. Deep understanding of West African consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital/social media trends.
  5. Excellent project management, cross-cultural communication, and leadership skills.
  6. Strategic and creative thinking with a hands-on, results-driven approach; ability to balance global brand guidelines with local market adaptation.
